We have been talking about the Book of the Law and its importance. At the end of the religious reformation conducted by Josiah, it was important for the people of Judah to be thankful for God’s redemptive grace and mercy. The Bible says, “While they stood in their places, they read from the Book of the Law of the Lord their God for a fourth of the day and for another fourth [of it] they confessed [their sins] and worshipped the Lord their God.” Read Nehemiah 9:3 (AMP).
