The Psalmist writes, “I will give thanks and praise the Lord, with all my heart; I will tell aloud all Your wonders and marvelous deeds. I will rejoice and exult in you; I will sing praise to Your name, O Most High.” Read Psalm 9:1 (AMP). Beloved, I want to remind us that giving of thanks is not optional. The Bible helps us understand “Praise the Lord! He is good. God’s love never fails. Praise the God of all gods. God’s love never fails. Praise the Lord of lords. God’s love never fails.” Read Psalm 136:1-3 (CEV).

“We would worry less if we praised more. Thanksgiving is the enemy of discontent and dissatisfaction.”
