The more I read into Habakkuk’s prayer, I am amazed at how much more there is for us to learn. Habakkuk starts off by saying, “I have heard all about You.” Read Habakkuk 3:2 (NIV). Beloved, what is your testimony about God? He did not start off with complaining to God, a million times no, instead, he acknowledged God’s power and sovereignty. Listen to this, “I am the Alpha and the Omega [the Beginning and the End],” says the Lord God, “Who is [existing forever] and Who was [continually existing in the past] and Who is to come, the Almighty [the Omnipotent, the Ruler of all].” Read Revelations 1:8 (AMP).
