Today in the 21st Century, we ask the same question Habakkuk asked the LORD, which was, “How long, O LORD, must I call for help.”When we look through Habakkuk’s prayer/complaints we will observe the same is happening today. For example, Habakkuk’ complaint is “The law has become paralyzed, and there is no justice in the courts.
