As I continue to look into the Book of Jonah, there are some similarities in the way we treat the assignment of God, yet, He is gracious and merciful such that He gives us a second chance or as many chances as we need to get right with His purpose and plan. Listen to this, “Now the word of the Lord came to Jonah the second time, saying, “Arise, go to Nineveh the great city and proclaim to it the proclamation which I am going to tell you.” “So Jonah arose and went to Nineveh according to the word of the Lord.” Read Jonah 3:1-3 (NASB).
