God is not a procrastinator! He acts on schedule and does what He says. Galatians 4:4 (NLT) puts context into this by saying, “But when the right time came, God sent His Son, born of a woman, subject to the law.” I am referring to the nature and character of God, and it is important that we speak of His character, because having an understanding of who God is, is critically important and it will help us establish our confidence in Him.
