For you and me to have a healthy and rock-solid relationship with God – the Father, it is important that we understand the basis for trusting in the Lord completely. Remember, Christ is the Word which became flesh and dwelt amongst us, and you can find this out in John 1:14. Trust in our society today can be a tall order to achieve in the sense that people are wary of each other in some way or the other. However, I will use this section to lay out my defence like a lawyer will, why it is critically important that we trust God’s word completely. What evidence do I have? We will take a look at the dictionary definition of keywords and interrogate the Scripture in Psalm 19 amongst others; which will give us a clear path as to why the Bible can be trusted.
