Listen to this, “The Lord is my strength and shield. I trust Him with all my heart. He helps me and my heart is filled with joy. I burst out in songs of thanksgiving.” Psalm 28:7 (NLT). Scripture says, “When the clouds are full of water, it rains.” Read Ecclesiastes 11:3 (MSG). The question then is, how does the cloud get full? Watch this, your praise is what fills the cloud.
