The Bible counsels us to “Be careful.” This text caught my attention and made me dig deeper into the scriptures to find out exactly what it was I was to “Be Careful” about? Beloved, listen to this, “Be Careful” not to be your own God, Selah (pause and calmly think). Ladies and gentlemen, we can’t exist without God, the very life you live, the very breath in your lungs; all belongs to Him, therefore, “Only fear the Lord [with awe and profound reverence] and serve Him faithfully with all your heart; for consider what great things He has done for you.” Read 1 Samuel 12:24 (AMP).
