In the last 5 posts, I mentioned some ways to WAIT for the Lord. Now, I will be discussing the reasons why we must WAIT. There is a reason for WAITING. When you tell your child(ren) to do something, these famous words will come out, WHY. I believe this is a good question to ask because we live in a culture of now and now, and it will take something special to calm one down in this fast-paced environment. As I began to ponder on this question, I came across men and women in the Bible who had reasons to WAIT for God’s Word and promise to come to pass. Even in my personal life, I have seen the benefit of WAITING, and whilst it is extremely uncomfortable, the benefits outweigh the temporary discomfort.
