Nations are governed by their constitution. The nations enforce the constitution through elected officials functioning in several arms of government, consequently leading to the establishment of law enforcement officers – the army, police and any other parastatal. A particular nation I am sure we all know about is quite vociferous with its constitution. This particular country cherishes the constitution such that everything the people and the government do is based on the constitution – It is the law by which they conduct the affairs of the nation and its people.
