If you are asked what your ambition is, what will your normal response be? Everyone in life I believe has an ambition, and ambitions vary from person to person and from family to family. I recall a time when I was asked about my ambition, and if I recall, I talked about the things I wanted to do and achieve without any reference or consideration about what the Lord had planned for me, in other words a self centred and driven ambition, but I can say today with boldness and by Gods grace; my ambition is rooted in this powerful verse of scripture “The one thing I want from God, the thing I seek most of all, is the privilege of meditating in His Temple, living in His presence every day of my life, delighting in His incomparable perfections and glory.” Read Psalm 27:4 (TLB).
