Dearly beloved, I enjoy reading these series, and like you, I have to listen and meditate on what has been written (inspired by God) so that I do not miss out on the nutrients and nourishment for my soul. I am so thankful to God for He sustains and invigorates my strength in Him, and for that I am eternally grateful. I coined this quote, “Intelligent information that will aid your decision comes from you tapping into the source of the word of God (the source is Jesus) coming to you, and impacting your human spirit.”
Now, let us get into some more Biblical texts to further enhance our understanding with the help of the Holy Spirit to keeping our hedges up.
- Focusing on God. The word focus connotes a ‘motivating purpose,’ in other words, I am saying, the motivation to fulfil purpose is to focus on God. Hear what the Bible says in Matthew 10:39 (MSG), “If your first concern is to look after yourself, you will never find yourself. But if you forget about yourself and look to me, you will find both yourself and me.” This is so awesome in my estimation because we see this very instructive verse to look to God. And there is something about looking to Him with true sincerity of heart; it is etching this image of the finished work on the Cross of Calvary, where the main object of your attention is God. The Bible says in Colossians 3:2 (MSG), “So if you are serious about living this new resurrection life with Christ, act like it. Pursue the things over which Christ presides. Don’t shuffle along, eyes to the ground, absorbed with the things right in front of you. LOOK UP, and be alert to what is going around Christ – that is where the action is. See things from His perspective.” Oh my God, what a word. Can you see the gravity of what is being said here.? Simply put, ‘focus on Him, and Him alone.’ Pay no attention to anything that will cause you to lose focus away from God. I believe the enemy is working extremely hard to get you and I to lose focus on what is most important, which is God. Satan tries to entice us with the cares of this world, and once we entertain any aspect of worry or care or concerns, and deviate from the prism of the word, then we become an open target for the darts of the wicked one, but we know better not to allow ourselves to be enticed by the trickery of the devil. The Bible says, “Satan comes immediately to steal the word…” Have you ever wondered why? I have, and this is what I found out, Satan comes immediately to steal the word which was sown because, he is so scared that once understanding and insight impacts our human spirit, he becomes a defeated foe in the area of opposition or challenge, hallelujah, glory to God for revelation knowledge impacting my human spirit, in Jesus Name, amen. The Bible says in Proverbs 4:25 (MSG), “Keep your eyes straight ahead; ignore all sideshow distractions.” Beloved, allow not yourself to be distracted by anything that will cause you to look away from what is in front of you; don’t wonder about, look to the word and take what belongs to you. When you look straight ahead, it is your positive response to the promise you located in God’s word, and like a bull dog lock its teeth into the object it is biting; so I ask you to lock your teeth into the “…word of His grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified.” (Read Acts 20:32, NIV). The Bible says in Matthew 6:33 (MSG), “What I am trying to do here is to get you to relax… “Steep (go beyond a normal acceptable limit in degree) your life in God’s-reality, God’s-initiative, God’s-provisions.” Dear Lord Jesus, thank you, for my life is steeped in You and Your word. Thank you, I am separated unto you, and I thank you for the grace to continue in it in the Name of Jesus, Amen.
Dear friends, everything I spoke and wrote about in these discussions, have only been possible through the GRACE and MERCY of God. Grace has enabled and anointed my hands to write, and you are equally anointed to read and be encouraged by what you have read and exposed yourself to through these words of insight. And through faith, I have embraced this gift. It is my hearts desire, as you meditate on words that ministered to your spirit, the Lord will enlighten you even the more in the Name of Jesus.
Keep your hedge up, don’t let your guards down. The Lord has empowered you to carry the sword of the Spirit – His word, in your hands and with those hands and the sword, you have the most powerful offensive weapon at your disposal. Therefore, use it to the Glory and Honor of the King, in Jesus Name, Amen.
We write You read Be encouraged.
Very Good, and thank God for your continued effort, and stay trusting God to give you inspired writing.
