Now set your heart…! – Part 1

“Now set your heart and your soul to seek (inquire of, require as your vital necessity) the Lord your God. Arise and build the sanctuary of the Lord God, so that you may bring the ark of the covenant of the Lord and the holy articles and utensils of God into the house built for the Name (Presence) of the Lord.” Read 1 Chronicles 22:19 (AMP). I find this text quite instructive in the sense that it highlights to you and me some keywords. For example [Now, set your heart and your soul to seek the Lord your God].

Think with me for a moment, before a farmer sows seeds, they will till the ground by removing anything which can potentially affect the growth of the seed. In like manner, see what the Psalmist writes, “Examine me, God, from head to foot, order your battery of tests. Make sure I’m fit inside and out.” Read Psalm 26:2 (MSG). In other words, God is the one who tests one’s heart, He alone knows the conditions of our hearts.

I want to encourage you today, yield yourself to the scrutiny of God and His Word. Scripture says, “You are cleansed and pruned already, because of the word which I have given you [the teachings I have discussed with you].” Read John 15:3 (AMPC).

My Father in heaven, thank You for giving me Your Word of truth. Thank You, Your Word is my light and my salvation.

Lire 1 Chroniques 22:19 (AMP). Je trouve ce texte très instructif dans le sens où il met en évidence pour vous et moi quelques mots-clés. Par exemple [Maintenant, mettez votre cœur et votre âme pour chercher le Seigneur votre Dieu].

Réfléchissez un instant à moi, avant qu’un agriculteur ne sème les graines, ils labourent le sol en enlevant tout ce qui peut potentiellement affecter la croissance de la graine. De la même manière, voir ce que le Psalmiste écrit,“Examinez-moi,Dieu,de la tête auxpieds, commandezvotre batterie de tests.Assurez-vous que je suis en forme à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur. Lire Psaume 26:2 (MSG). En d’autres termes, Dieu est celui qui teste son cœur, Lui seul connaît les conditions de nos cœurs.

Je veux vous encourager aujourd’hui à vous rendre à être scruté par Dieu et Sa Parole, d’où la Bible dit:«Vous êtes déjà purifié et taillé ,à cause de la parole que je vousai donné[lesenseignements que j’ai discuté avec vous].” Lire Jean 15:3 (AMPC).

Mon Père céleste, merci de m’avoir donné Ta Parole de Vérité. Merci, Ta Parole est ma lumière et mon salut.
