Absolutes of God – Part 1d

The sum of thy word is truth, and every one of thy righteous ordinances endureth forever.

Psalm 119:106 (ASV)

God is absolutely absolute!!!

I want to call your attention to this absolute statement, “He will render to each one according to his works: to those who by patience in well-doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, He will give eternal life; but for those who are self-seeking and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, there will be wrath and fury.” Read Romans 26-8 (ESV).

“So, what should you do“?

“Each of you must repent of your sins and turn to God, and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. Then you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. This promise is to you, to your children, and to those far away—all who have been called by the Lord our God.” Read Acts 2:38-39 (NLT).

Lord, have mercy on me!

Je veux attirer votre attention sur cette déclaration absolue: “Il rendra à chacun selon ses œuvres: à ceux qui, par la patience dans le bien-être, cherchent la gloire, l’honneur et l’immortalité, il donnera la vie éternelle; mais pour ceux qui sont égoïstes et n’obéissent pas à la vérité, mais obéissent à l’injustice,  il y aura colère et fureur. “Alors, que devriez-vous faire“?

“Chacun de vous doit se repentir de ses péchés, se  tourner vers Dieu et se faire baptiser au nom de Jésus-Christ pour le pardon de ses péchés. Ensuite, vous recevrez le don du Saint-Esprit. Cette promesse s’adresse à vous, à vos enfants et  à ceux qui sont loin, à tous ceux qui ont été appelés par le Seigneur notre Dieu.” Lire Actes 2:38-39 (NLT)
