The Sovereign Lord revealed to Obadiah in a vision concerning the land of Edom, announcing judgement. I will also add, the nations are seeing the effects of the existence of a nation without reverence for God. Listen to this, “When the righteous are in authority and become great, the people rejoice; But when the wicked man rules, the people groan and sigh.” Read Proverbs 29:2 (AMP).
