Facing all the facts, gaining perspective – Part 1

It is not enough to know all the facts, you need to have truth, as “knowing the truth according to scripture sets one free.” Read John 8:32. Our society deals with facts, and to an extent that is all they know. Facts appeal to the senses, but not to the human spirit.

Websters dictionary defines facts as “something that has actual existence.” Facts present you with un-questionable evidence, hence the senses can easily embrace the evidence presented before it. The fact you embrace shapes your perspective, and once perspective is shaped with the wrong piece of information, actions become subjective and most likely wrong.

When I thought to know this, it was too painful for me; until I went into the sanctuary of God; then understood I their end” Psalm 73:17. Gaining proper understanding, in the context of who we are in Christ brings balanced living. Remember, “You are of God little children and have overcome them, greater is He that is in me, than He that is in the world” Read 1st John 4:4.

We have been delivered from facts, we are of those who embrace and walk in present truth, hallelujah, glory to God. Our understanding is enlightened and fruitful and productive and enriching in the Name of Jesus.
