Build according to God’s pattern – Part 4

“Before you do anything, put your trust totally in God and not in yourself. Then every plan you make will succeed.” Read Proverbs 16:3 (TPT). Building according to pattern requires total confidence in the God who orchestrated the affairs of your life in the beginning.

So how do I build according to the pattern, plan, and purpose? We must be ready to do some of the following below.

• Explore– “Make a careful exploration of who you are and the work you have been given, and then sink yourself into that. Don’t compare yourself with others. Each of you must take responsibility for doing the creative best you can with your own life.” Read Galatians 6:4-5 (MSG). Exploring for treasure takes time and commitment. In the things of God, it has to be a way of life. Friends, we have to “plumb the depths” and take an adventure with God. The deeper we go in God, the more we begin to experience the real heart of God in what He is saying for the hour.
• Pray– “Pray passionately in the Spirit…” Ephesians 6:18a. Listen to this, “I do not believe that one can earnestly seek and find the priceless treasure of God’s will without a devout prayer life. That is where God speaks. Ravi Zacharias. We have to turn away from men and look to God, “Hezekiah turned away from Isaiah and, facing the wall, prayed to God.” Read Isaiah 38:2.  Watch this, “There are ideas in our hearts, there are wishes, there are aspirations, there are groanings, there are sighings that the world knows nothing about, but God knows them. So words are not always necessary. When we cannot express our feelings except in wordless groanings, God knows exactly what is happening.” Martyn Lloyd-Jones. Beloved, in prayer, we receive the blueprint and give birth to the pattern on our knees, then, He gives you and me the strategic mind to bring to pass what we saw in the spirit.

Have you taken the time to examine your foundation? Are you aware there are some foundations that can’t be underpinned, whilst some might have to be demolished.?

Father in heaven, thank You for insight, wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. Thank You for speaking to me through Your Word, and revealing to my human spirit how I should build. Thank You, I have ears to hear, eyes to see and a heart to perceive.
