Build according to God’s pattern – Part 8

I have heard people say things like, as long as you build something, that is the most important thing. Hmmnn, I am concerned for anyone who will think like this and follow it through. Again, this is one of the reasons Kolumns does exists to help in our own unique way to bring clarity with simplicity to what the Bible has to say. Listen to this, “When God calls you to something, He is not always calling you to succeed, He’s calling you to obey! The success of the calling is up to Him; the obedience is up to you.” David Wilkerson. In other words, we should just do what He – the owner wants, and leave the outcome to Him.

Romans 4:21 (NIV) says, “Being fully persuaded that God had the power to do what He had promised.” When you are fully persuaded, I believe, worship becomes an inevitable outcome and will put you right front and centre before the throne room of grace, quicker than anything I can think of. Worship plays a critical role in building according to the pattern God has shown you.

  • Worship– “You can pass through His open gates with the password of praise. Come right into His presence with thanksgiving. Come bring your thank offering to Him and affectionately bless His beautiful name.” Read Psalm 100:4 (TPT). Worship and praise have a way of releasing and translating us into a realm in God not known in the physical. Worship positions your being to receive insight as you begin to extol the beauty of Holiness. The Scripture says, “God inhabits the praises of His people.” Read Psalm 22:3.

The Psalmist writes, Hallelujah! Praise the Lord! Praise God in His holy sanctuary! Praise Him in His stronghold in the sky! Praise Him for His miracles of mightPraise Him for His magnificent greatness! Praise Him with the trumpets blasting! Praise Him with piano and guitar! 4–5 Praise Him with drums and dancing! Praise Him with the loud, resounding clash of cymbals! Praise Him with every instrument you can find! Let everyone everywhere join in the crescendo of ecstatic praise to YahwehHallelujah! Praise the Lord!” Read Psalm 150:1-6 (TPT). Think with me for a moment, It starts with PRAISE and it ends with PRAISE.

Watch, this is worship centred on God alone, for He alone is worthy to be praised. And the more we put God at the centre of our worship, we will experience intimacy like none other. Oh, Hallelujah, Glory!!!

We write. You read. Be encouraged.
