“By them, Your servant is warned; in keeping them there is great reward.” Read Psalm 19:11 (NIV). The man who will trust in the Lord and His Word completely will know His ways, because God is ever willing and ready to reveal His plan and purpose to anyone who will abide in His Word. Listen to this, “Thy Word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” Read Psalm 119:105. Clearly, we can see the Word of God as an illuminator!
When I listen to current affairs, I ask the Lord, why are all these things happening in the world today? And the only thing which I can attribute it to is WE HAVE REFUSED TO TRUST GOD, and there is a price to pay when we don’t trust God and His Word; the fruit of which we see all too often in our nations, societies and communities. So the good news is, it can be fixed, how? “Christ is the way the truth and the life, no one comes to the Father except by Him.”
My Father in heaven, thank You for Your faithfulness. Thank You for Your loving kindness and exceeding abundant grace. Thank You for Your saving and restorative grace. Lord, Jesus, as I study and abide in Your Word, I pray I will anchor my being on every saying of Yours in Christ Name. I thank You, Lord Jesus, I have the victory in Christ. Thank You, I commit myself to study Your Word, to pray fervently and ask the Holy Spirit to help me pray as I ought. Thank You, Father, You said, You will hear from heaven, answer and send help. I receive that help by faith knowing You have heard me, and for that, I am eternally grateful.
