Luke 6:45 (NLT) says, “A good person produces good things from the treasury of a good heart, and an evil person produces evil things from the treasury of an evil heart. What you say flows from what is in your heart.” The same Bible also says to us about Joshua and Caleb saying, “let us go up at once and take possession for the Lord has given it to us.” Read Numbers 13:30 (TLB). In like manner, you are and I should “lay hold” of God’s word. When you look closely at the verses, you will notice an emphasis on speaking what God spoke. Recall Mary saying to the Angel, “may it happen to me as you have said.” Read Luke 1:38 (CJB). The Bible also reminds us, “you are the establishing witness.” Job 22:28 (KJV) says, “Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.”
Watch this, the Bible says, “Yet faith comes from listening to this Good News—the Good News about Christ.” Read Romans 10:17 (TLB). Beloved, faith is fully expressed in what you hear yourself constantly saying- God’s word. And before we get right into it, avoid engaging “Human Logic.” And oh, by the way, remember, “Gods word holds up the entire universe.” In like manner, your spoken words will keep you stabilised in the midst of an unstable world, hence the scripture says, “all the foundations of the earth are unstable or out of course.” Read Psalm 82:5 (NIV). Your words would build the type of foundation you want, and in any area for that matter. Beloved, we have to get to the point where Gods word is the supreme truth; it has to be God’s word or nothing at all.
When you look around, you will quickly observe, man made doctrines and systems are failing, and quite frankly has failed. I would like to get right into laying the foundation for Biblical declaratives, but I sense a need to keep digging deeper. Imagine with me for a moment, God’s word is the glue holding the entire universe in place. So without the word, everything falls apart, therefore, it will behove us to find out exactly what God’s word is saying to us, at this time, at this hour. In other words, the essence of God, His character and nature is embedded in His word, oh, glory to God.
CHILDREN: The Bible says, “All your children will have God for their teacher— what a mentor for your children.” Read Isaiah 54:13-17 (MSG). The scripture also makes us understand, children are a blessing and gift from the Lord. Therefore, I declare, my children are mentored and tutored by my Heavenly Father, in the Name of Jesus. Amen. I declare, my children are, and will not fall under any form of peer pressure in the Name of Jesus. Amen. I speak great peace, stability, and protection over my children wherever they go in this world in the Name of the Lord Jesus. Amen. I declare, my children would stand for Gods rule and righteousness, even in the midst of immense provocation in the Name of the Lord Jesus. Amen.
FAMILY: God placed everyone in the context of a family, including our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ; in other words, emphasizing the value of a family unit. According to Chuck Swindoll, “A family is a place where principles are hammered and honed on the anvil of everyday living.” Therefore, I declare, my family is blessed with abundant grace, immeasurable favor, un-ending joy and fruitfulness in the Name of Jesus. I declare my family’s trust and dependence is on God and not earthly riches; and I thank Him for showing us hidden traps so that we may not fall into them in the Name of Jesus. Amen. I thank my God, as a family we have no fear of drought, we are richly supplied in all things, in the Name of Jesus. Amen. I thank my God, as a family, our home is a sanctuary of unity in the Name of Jesus. Amen.
Someone mentioned, “attack the word with your tongue.” And when you attack the word, with your tongue, it would respond to you. Selah. Quite an interesting thought isn’t it? The Bible says, “How forcible are right words.” Read Job 6:25 (KJV). Keep reading as we dig deeper into Spiritual truth that will help you and I become all that God has shaped us to be in the Name of Jesus.
