“…CALLED on the God of Israel SAYING, “Oh that You would bless me indeed…” – Part 3

“Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O LORD, my rock and my Redeemer. Read Psalm 19:14 (NASB). I believe Jabez got to a point of desperation, as he could find no way out of the situation he was in, other than to raise his voice to God asking for a change. Are you at the point of not knowing what else to do? Then I encourage you, call out to God, He would give you rest for your souls.            Remember, Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, “Oh that You would bless me indeed…” Read 1 Chronicles 4:10.

WELL-BEING: The Bible tells us, “My soul, wait only upon God and silently submit to Him; for my hope and expectation are from Him.  Therefore, I declare, “it is well with my soul.” Read Psalm 62:5 (TLB). I declare, all is well with me, including all that concerns me in the Name of Jesus. I speak restoration, peace and a strengthening of my heart in the Lord in the Name of Jesus. I drink from the wells of salvation, and thirst after His righteousness in the Name of Jesus. Amen. “Christ in me, the hope of glory.” Therefore, “My hope is built on nothing less, than Jesus blood and righteosuness…” Hymn written by Edward Mote, 1797-1874. Dearly beloved, the Bible also says, “God is our refuge and strength, a tested help in times of trouble. And so we need not fear even if the world blows up and the mountains crumble into the sea. Let the oceans roar and foam; let the mountains tremble…” Read Psalm 46:1-3 (TLB). Therefore, I declare, my help comes from the Lord God almighty, He is my rock and shield, in the Name of Jesus. Amen. I further declare, the Lord keeps me in perfect peace, because my heart is focused on Him alone in the Name of Jesus. Amen. I declare, “I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.” Beloved, God loves you with an unquenchable love, hence the scripture calls it “everlasting love.”

As I study Gods word and trust Him to help me gather and pen my thoughts, I begin to realise how important and vital God is to my existence. When I look around, and see the beautiful wife and children He has blessed me with, the impact of reaching the world through my writings, those who are inspired and changed and find their purpose in God; I can’t help but stop and give Him praise, glory and honour for all that He has and continues to do in my life and that of others around me. Oh, what a blessing to know, I am loved with an everlasting love, and that He affectionately cares for me. Excuse me, I had to interject with a praise; hope that is cool with you. Listen, when you think about the Lord, how He saved you, raised you, and lifted you up, you can’t help but say, “how great thou art.”

RELATIONSHIPS: The Bible says, “An excellent woman [one who is spiritual, capable, intelligent, and virtuous], who is he who can find her? Her value is more precious than jewels and her worth is far above rubies or pearls. The heart of her husband trusts in her [with secure confidence], and He will have no lack of gain.” Read Proverbs 31:10-11 (AMP). Therefore, I declare, my wife does me good all the time in the Name of Jesus. Amen. Her heart is to serve the purpose of God for the rest of her life in the Name of Jesus. Amen. I declare, my wife profits from all her labor, and she bears much fruit in all her endeavours, in the Name of Jesus. Amen. The fruit of righteousness is manifest in every area of her life in the Name of Jesus. Amen. I declare, I am a man of God, fulfuling Gods purpose to His glory in the Name of Jesus. Amen.

Watch this, I can speak freely like this because, Jesus has set me free from performance based Christianity; and like I said, I am free to express and exhibit the higher life of God with joy. What a joy to know, “We have everything we need to live a life that pleases God. It was all given to us by God’s own power, when we learned that He had invited us to share in His wonderful goodness.” Read 2 Peter 1:3 (CEV). I recently got off a cruise ship, and sailing through the Atlantic Ocean, watching the strong waves and foamy water, I could not help but wonder about His greatness. His creation is there for all to see how awesome and how big a God He is. Beloved, the Bible says, “He who the son of man sets free, is free indeed.”  Read John 8:36 (NLT). Therefore, I declare, I am truly free indeed. Hallelujah, Glory to God, and that is why I said earlier, I can speak freely without fear, inferiority or condemnation.

He gives us the power to live, to move, and to be who we are. “We are His children,” just as some of your poets have said. Read Acts 17:28 (CEV). Please I want you to hear my heart; you and I must speak God’s word independent of how we feel; our feeling has nothing to do with it.

We write You read Be encouraged.
