Transformation is an act of God’s grace. Hence the Bible says, “For out of His fullness (abundance) we have all received [all had a share and we were all supplied with] one grace after another and spiritual blessing upon spiritual blessing and even favor upon favor and gift [heaped] upon gift.” Read John 1:16 (AMP). God is “full of grace and truth” and He sent His precious Son Jesus to die for you, and an acknowledgement on our part is required. Grace is too good to be true! Because everything God does is based on His grace and love towards us. In other words, God’s grace is His generosity, Selah. Watch this, the way God has been generous to you and me, the same He will do for anyone who calls on His Name.
Someone once asked me, why should I trust my life with this God I speak about.? And I thought a very good question, but I had an excellent response for him through the help of the Holy Spirit, and that response was “Christ has also introduced us to God’s undeserved kindness on which we take our stand. So we are happy, as we look forward to sharing in the glory of God.” Read Romans 5:2 (CEV). In other words, we stand and exist by God’s Grace and Mercy.
Scripture also says “He must hold firmly to the trustworthy word [of God]…” Read Titus 1:9 (AMP). Can you see this? 1. Hold Firmly (With a tight grip without letting go under any circumstance), 2. Trustworthy (Fully confident and absolutely persuaded). When we allow the Word of God to transform us, then we hold on tightly and trust God irrespective of what happens. God is Faithful, and I want you to stir yourself up saying to yourself, God Loves me, this I know.
Transformed by the Word of God is allowing His Word guide and lead you in every sphere of life, hence “By Your Words, I can see where I’m going; they throw a beam of light on my dark path.” Psalm 119:105 (MSG). So without God’s transformative Word, there is darkness and hopelessness, and this is quite clear in a world where there is so much hopelessness and that is why we ought to be about our Father’s business in preaching the Gospel of Grace and God’s Love.
This Book (Word) is a complete package, therefore develop a personal and intimate relationship with God and His Word. His grace is too good to be true, and it is true.
We write. You read. Be encouraged.
This is another brilliant and simple exposition. I love the simplicity and clarity with which you communicate Biblical truths.
