“I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have [perfect] peace. In the world, you have tribulation and distress and suffering, but be courageous [be confident, be undaunted, be filled with joy]; I have overcome the world.” [My conquest is accomplished, My victory abiding.]” Read John 16:33 (AMP). Can you see the terms used? Overcome and victory. In other words, our victory and success is a done deal and sealed with the blood of Jesus.
Consequently, Jesus overcoming for us, means you are already an overcomer. Oh well, you might be saying, but your circumstance does not currently reflect the victory you are meant to be walking in; I have got news for you, keep declaring God’s Word and watch the angels of God hearken unto the voice of your word. Now you have to be persistent in your declarations as this won’t be a one-time event, it is a way of life!
I hope I have been able to articulate this truth, “God’s Word is and always prevails,” therefore, we can confidently declare God’s promises. “This is the [remarkable degree of] confidence which we [as believers are entitled to] have before Him: that if we ask anything according to His will, [that is, consistent with His plan and purpose] He hears us.” Read 1 John 5:14 (AMP).
Watch this, God has given you a place at His table, and we have the permission to speak freely, hence the Bible says, “And we have an assured confidence that whenever we ask anything in accordance with His will, He listens to us.” Read 1 John 5:14 (WNT). Let me be absolutely clear, God hears you.! The Bible gives you and me this assurance according to scripture, “Earth and sky will pass away, but it is certain that My Words will not pass away.” Read Matthew 24:35 (WNT). God’s Word is certain and God’s Word is SOLID.
Dear Lord Jesus, thank You for giving us Your Word. Thank You for Your FAVOUR, INFLUENCE, ANOINTING AND PROTECTION. I am eternally grateful to You my Father for pouring out Your Spirit upon all flesh. Thank You, Lord!!!
