Are you aware your constitution is a guiding principle as to what you are allowed or can’t do? For example, in the United States of America, most of its citizens understand and have embraced the rights afforded to them by the constitution; and because of this right, they lay claim to what rightfully belongs to them. Let me put it this way, “People are emboldened by their constitutional rights.”
Watch this, everyone has the power to exercise their constitutional rights; this is sacrosanct! And this applies to you as a Kingdom citizen, whose constitution is the Word of God – The Bible which is the “living, breathing collection of principles, instructions, and directions for how to conduct oneself and one’s community properly—in obedience to the Creator God.” Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you the BIBLE.
The Bible says, “Look around you: Everything you see is God’s—the heavens above and beyond, the Earth, and everything on it. But it was your ancestors who God fell in love with; He picked their children—that’s you!—out of all the other peoples. That’s where we are right now.” Read Deuteronomy 10:14-18 (MSG). The Bible further goes on to say this, “Written upon His cloak and upon His thigh is the Name, KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.” Read Revelations 19:16 (PHILLIPS). Brothers and sisters, there is no constitution that exists outside God, and should you attempt to embrace or establish any other constitution; it will only crumble and not be able to withstand the tests of the elements, eventually leading to catastrophic consequences, but for God’s sake, else it will be total destruction.
An enforcer has been authorised by the constitution to enforce the rule of law, and its citizens know this, therefore, they respond to the authority of the enforcer. With this in mind, for you as a Christian, the Holy Spirit is the enforcer, hence the Bible says, “…The Spirit of God was moving (hovering, brooding) over the face of the waters.” Read Genesis 1:2b (AMP). Have you ever wondered why the Spirit of God was hovering? Simply put, the Spirit of God was “hearkening unto the voice of His Word” to bring to pass the spoken Word from the mouth of God. And for this reason, I said, the Holy Spirit is the enforcer.
Beloved, we cannot talk about the constitution of the Christian Faith – God’s Word without talking about the Holy Spirit Himself. Hey, the Holy Spirit will help you enforce the constitution of God’s Word as it pertains to you in every facet of life, the Bible says, “including all that concerns you.”
We write. You read. Be encouraged.
This is so good, I love it.
Blessings upon you for your consistent labour of love sharing God’s truth.
